The Inn "Gasthaus am Kurfürstendamm"

Every good dish needs a fine wine.

Whether juices, wine, beer or spirits – we also pay attention to the best quality in our beverage selection and rely on small producers instead of mass-produced goods.

Our cellar beer, which we obtain from the private brewery Hohenfelder GmbH, deserves special mention.

Our wines from the award-winning Karl Kammermann vineyard in Kleinfischlingen (Pfalz) also have a special taste.

Also try our delicious brandies from the Göring distillery and wine tavern.

Regionality, quality and fresh ingredients

We live and work in harmony with nature.

Regionality and quality are particularly important to us. We use fresh vegetables and herbs from our own garden or source other ingredients, such as the Spreewald grützwurst and sausages, from the region.

We use these fresh ingredients to conjure up new creations of typical Spreewald dishes or our house speciality, the tarte flambée.

Look forward to our fresh, regional cuisine and let us surprise you again and again with seasonal delicacies.

From Elsass to the Lausitz

The traditional tarte flambée is topped with spring onions, diced ham and a cream of sour cream and seasoned only lightly with salt and pepper.

We vary this traditional pastry with toppings that make every gourmet’s heart beat faster.

Come by and try our tarte flambée specialities, such as

  • Tarte flambée “Spreewaldtypisch” with cucumber and horseradish
  • Tarte flambée “Mediterranean”
  • Tarte flambée “Hearty”

We are always happy to try out new variations with seasonal ingredients.
